MEET CAROL

Meet Carol! This sweet girl is the perfect girl in so many ways. We were notified about her from a county pound that told us they received a call about a dog being kicked.  When they responded, they only found a pregnant dog and not the person who was kicking her.  They took her to the vet and contacted us to see if we could take her into rescue.  One of our incredible foster homes picked her up in the nick of time.  They brought her home, prepared her whelping area, and she delivered six puppies that evening.  Carol has proved to be an incredible mom who is very attentive to her pups despite the terrible acts of violence that she endured.  Her GSP blend puppies are growing fat and sassy and will soon be ready for adoption through Love A Stray Rescue. 

 

Sweet Carol is around two years old and is a very petite girl, weighing in at only 43 pounds.  She is quiet, gentle, sweet, and affectionate with her current foster family and their children.  She is housebroken, walks great on leash without pulling, and knows a few commands.  For now, her energy level is low to moderate, but that could possible change once she is done raising her puppies. Carol really is the perfect easy going GSP blend waiting to find her perfect family where she can be the center of attention.  

 

Carol is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and she will be spayed prior to adoption. Her adoption fee is $450.
