Meet Gulliver!! This young boy is around 2 years old, and – you guessed it! – he loves to travel. He came to rescue after being dumped in a Kentucky campground where he was spotted for several days until the warden picked him up. He’d been on his own for a while, and he was skinny, filthy, and heartworm positive. He jumped right in the truck and began to work his magic charming everyone he met. He was a favorite of the shelter workers, the veterinary staff, and everyone who met him.
Gulliver is a GSP blend with the typical energy level of a dog his age, but he has had basic obedience classes and learned lots of manners in our cell dog program. He loves leash walks and car rides. This boy wants to be your co-pilot, camping companion, hiking buddy, movie night partner, and anything else fun. He is as sweet as he can be and is good with dogs his size.
Gulliver received heartworm treatment, and he’s healthy and happy. He’s neutered, crate-trained, and ready for his forever home. If you are interested in being Gulliver’s forever home, please complete an application!
