MEET ATHENA!
 

Are you looking for an insanely sweet and loving girl, with a lot of pep and energy outside, and a lot of sweet and gentle snuggles inside? Meet Athena! This beautiful 11-year-old girl is ready for her forever home, and she has so much love to give. She’s a little more energetic and playful than a typical dog her age, still chasing squirrels and birds in the back yard. She loves all dogs and all people, and she really wants to be wherever you are. Athena has perfect manners inside the house and would love to be able to sleep in bed with her people. Outside, she does enjoy running around and playing.

 

Athena’s perfect home would be one where she has a back yard for playing and sniffing around. She needs some work on her leash manners, so we wouldn’t recommend a home where leash walks are the primary exercise. Other than that, she’s pretty much perfect. She would love a dog sibling, but she would also be fine as an only dog. Athena is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative.

 

We adopt to Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and the Detroit area. Athena’s adoption fee will be $300.
