MEET BASIL

Meet Basil!

Basil is a 6-year-old gentleman with a heart as big as he is. This lovable boy adores people, is excellent with kids, and never jumps up on guests. He greets everyone with a toy in his mouth, a wagging tail, and a smile that will melt your heart.

A self-proclaimed lap dog, Basil loves cuddles and will happily lean in—or climb into your lap—for affection. If you stop scratching him too soon, he'll let out a sweet little whine to let you know he'd like more.

Basil's favorite things include stuffed animals, spending time outdoors, and being close to his family. He sleeps well in his crate and has wonderful house manners. He's still working on leash walking and can get winded on longer walks, so he's currently happiest with shorter adventures while he builds his stamina.

Basil is truly a dream dog. If you're looking for a big teddy bear who will shower your family with love, Basil is ready to be your loyal best friend. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative.

 Basil's adoption fee will be $425.
